If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your satisfaction is our long-term goal and concern. We guarantee that our products are delivered within 30 business days (but typically arrives in less than half that time) or we will refund you back 100% of your purchase, no question asked.
The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 1 to 5 days.
The estimated delivery time for orders on bohostate.com is 7-15 business days. Due to the fact that shipping time may vary depending on factors beyond our control, we’ve established a guaranteed period for delivery of 30 days.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of bohostate.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of bohostate.com
You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (30 days) has expired. You can do it either by sending a message on contact us page.
Once the refund request has been granted, simply send the package back via local parcel mail to receive a full refund. We will instruct you the shipping address for returns. Please do not ship to any other address as we will not receive the items.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
